Just a suggestion, but I've noticed since we created the form and that first skype call, not many people are actually active. I'm not sure about he rest of you but I don't have many people I can confine in with my witchy activities. So I just think some type of mandatory participation should be enforced. Either posting something on the form, liking something, chatting in the shout box, or even a daily misc thread created; just something. I'd just really like to be able to get on here and not look at the same 3 introductions or the one spell. I am aware that I am guilty of this as well and I promise to be better at this!

I hear you. Tbh the lack of inactivity has been discouraging to me, so I'm sorry in turn if I haven't posted/done anything lately. I think I'll send out an email tomorrow about a new activity we could do together, maybe? Get everyone involved again

I agree. I am very shy/ anxious so personally, I was building the courage to post an introduction about myself I think also that we all don't exactly know what we should do or how often we should all be talking so I'm sure that will be figured out as we go.

I really like the shoutbox option. Unfortunately I really am only able to get on and post when I'm at work or after my work day on my work computer. But I know what you mean. It's a little disheartening to only see the same starting posts. But you know even if it is just a select few of us posting, I feel like that's important and great also! Just my thoughts. I am not shy at all, just super busy. :/

P.S. Mandatory anything is the best way to get me to not participate. Idk why, it's like a deep personality flaw. When I "have" to do something, I usually don't. :/ I should probably work on that, lol.
