"Do what ye will, but harm none."
That's a pretty basic pagan tenant, and while it is certainly not applicable to all kinds of witchcraft (aka the cursing discourse), it is certainly applicable to how we will treat each other, off the forum as well as on. Especially as we're all getting to know each other, certain branches of humor might be misconstrued, so I caution us all to be aware of what our words present as, not just how we mean them.

- No making fun of anyone's beliefs. This is a multi-spirituality coven, where everyone is safe to believe as they please. Wiccan, pagan, polytheistic, atheist, secular, Christian--all are welcome.
- Let's work hard to avoid cultural appropriation. I am white, and therefore my knowledge is both limited and potentially erroneous, so it's important to listen to the POC witches among us and outside to learn these guidelines. But I hope for us to learn through discussions of this topic--discussions which do not include shouting. Respect-thy-neighbor and all that. But! If in discussion of any topic, someone is uncomfortable or hurt, be the person to put it to rest. People will disagree, there will be tension. But if we move forward with good intent, I hope we can be emotionally receptive and respectful to each other.
- Keeping with this theme, this is a LGBTQA, POC, and disabled inclusive community. That is final.
- Try to keep the swearing to a minimum, at least until we all get to know each other better. But don't hold back your passion. Get creative!
- Everyone in this community should be 20+. But no one should flash their bits. Unless you're worried of a lump somewhere and desire advice or something of that sort. Love and sex magic can be discussed, but keep them to specific threads that clearly state what the discussion is about. In fact, the acronym NSFW is very useful.
- Finally, don't feel like you have to be "proper" in your language. Just because I (Kayla) am making all these posts with grammar and spelling and punctuation and capitalization, doesn't mean you have to. Or that you need to be lengthy. Believe me, there will be plenty of posts where I will write nothing but run-ons, commas, and willful rejection of capitalization. Just, be you.
