So I woke up this morning and every. Single. Mothersunning thing. Hurts.
It's gotten slowly better with advil and stretching and massaging of my ribs, but I was wondering if anyone had any favorite remedies for physical pain: including muscles, intestines, joints-- they'd like to share? Both if you have anything for me or just in general.

I actually make Bath Brews with relaxing herbs and Epsom salt for relaxation. And hot tea never hurt! I like the sleepy time wellness tea.

I actually can't stand sleepytime! It coats the back of my mouth weirdly haha. I do adore chamomile and mint though, so I will have those. I'm also going to wean myself off coffee, start drinking black tea in the morning instead and herbal tea throughout the day.
The only problems with baths is they don't always feel great if the tub is shaped weird? Which mine are? So idk x] But yeah, a hot epsom salt bath is a great idea, and I'll probably do it anyway. Thank you!

Ah! That's unfortunate. Are you a fan of echinacea? It goes great with mint and/or chamomile.

This might sound weird, but have you thought of using your sense of smell? I find that smelling some lavender mixed with chamomile it's a pretty nice relaxing and stress scent. At least for me.

True! I've used aromatherapy before for headaches but never body, I should definitely do/consider that. Lavender is maybe the love of my life and I have three separate bottles of oil x] I'll definitely try that out, thank you!

This is actually a really good idea! Sometimes I do this when I'm fighting a head ache or tension head ache.
